You never really know….
the true impact you may have on others who need a smile, a hug, a handshake and just a kind word.
Today, I was blessed with many of these things. I needed that encouragement to keep going. All of us struggle and with the pandemic, those of us struggling with depression are in a deeper hole. My heart feels empty sometimes and it is easy to keep sinking. Today, someone threw me a lifeline just by speaking words of kindness and love.
Take the time to reach out and extend the hand of friendship either figuratively or literally. It could save a life.
